Farmerama: New Design In The Bank

As you may have noticed, from today we have a new design in the Bank pages.

They look similar to this:

You’ll find a useful button at the top right called “Status” and another one called “Support” for all your financial Support questions.

Farmerama: Currency Adjustment For The UK

The following announcement has been made which affects players from the UK.

Hello Farmers,
As our UK users may have noticed, we have recently adjusted the prices and content of our in-game currency packages. The reason behind this change was that, up until now, the UK was a singularity within our payment system. The users in the UK saw a different price structure and item amounts than the players in every other country. By harmonizing the item amounts and balancing out the prices in British Pounds to make them equal to the already-established prices in Euros, we simplify the payment system making it easier to maintain a balanced economy within the game overall.
Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the adjustment until after it had already been made and, as such, we were unable to inform our users in the UK in advance that this would be taking place. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Farmerama: Changes To The Bank

Although we have not yet seen an official announcement on the English Forum with regard to this, other fansites are reporting that changes to the Bank screens are being randomly tested across the Farmerama world.

The information we have is that the test is being performed in three, randomly determined groups:

Group 1:
No change, the Bank still has the old design.

Group 2:
The Bank has the new design within the game but the Payment function remains unchanged.

Group 3:
The Bank has the new design and in addition the payment function has been changed – you can buy only one pack at a time.

We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.

It is now possible to buy BB Gift Vouchers in the Bank for your friends and neighbours.

(or equivalent in your currency, and depending on your payment method)

These are available in the payment section “Specials“.
When you buy them you´ll receive a unique bonus code which you can send to a special friend.
They can then use it in the Bank to redeem their BB gift.
