FarmeramaAID: Warning When Paying Real Money For A New Artisan Trade

Mee with Watering CanFurther to our previous post on this subject we can report that we have now received an acceptable resolution to the situation as technical have now replaced the Salt we received with Florist Wire, although as the game stands at the moment the following should be taken into account:

Despite the fact that this was the first time we had ever experienced receiving a mixed batch of materials when paying to open up a new trade, having always received 300 of the required items in the past, it is currently a part of the design of this aspect of the game that the “special materials” which you receive for your money may be for ANY of the trades, and may be for trades you do not yet have, and may not even include any for the trade you are opening.

It is totally illogical, but we will have to live with it until BP sees sense on this matter. It is not officially classed as a Bug because  “the FAQ did state, you might get mixed products“. In our opinion a design fault is the same as a bug, just not in the code.

Note that this does not affect trades which are unlocked automatically by reaching certain checkpoints within the game.
