Farmerama Log-in Problems – 15th Dec
The global team at Bigpoint switched to a new login today in Farmerama.
This change includes secured transmission of the user data via SSL and should also make the login quicker.
We have some reports that users cannot login or have a wrong password: The reason is, that the auto-saving function of
the password in the browser is affected.
Users must enter their account data (name and password) manually for the first time and confirm password saving again.
After a successful login, the password will be saved in the browser again.
It seems a shame that Bigpoint couldn’t have warned us about this before we encountered the problems and wondered if it was the arrival of the sleigh that had caused the trouble. 😦
