Keeping Farmerama in perspective with some good neighbourly news

Mee There are good days, and then there are good days!

Today was a good day, not because I finally managed to get my 5th farm up to level 70 in Farmerama this morning (and modesty forbids me to put a sign up on the “Honours Boards” page), but because one of my farming neighbours had some good news at last.

Without giving away any particular details about this neighbour she is someone who has a grown up son with mobility problems and she, herself, has been out of work for quite some time. This has put a tremendous strain on their resources and it’s quite obvious that times have been hard for them.

Through all that she has “kept her faith” and also kept up her sense of humour.

Today she went for a second interview for a particular job and was told that she was successful.

It may not be the best job in the world but it is a job; it is a much needed income, and no doubt it will make the coming Christmas period feel a bit more Merry for the pair of them.

Well done, “D”! I’m really pleased for you. 🙂

I’m pleased I made the effort to find a space for you one one of my farms. I’ve enjoyed our little chats on the game and I know they’ll continue, albeit in a reduced capacity from now on.

“D” follows this site so if any other visitors would like to pass on their good wishes I’m sure she would appreciate that.

Today was a good day. 🙂
