Tip of the day – 18th November 2011

Our first “Tip of the day” is in relation to the new ability to top up your water towers by specific unit amounts.

Are you fed up with winning “15 water” on the wheel ? Well there is a way to reduce the chances of that happening, and your newly available facility makes it a lot easier for you.

If your water towers are full before you take a spin of the wheel the chances of water appearing on the wheel, or being won if it does appear, are greatly reduced. It will still happen occasionally, but very rarely.

From today, instead of having to top up with a complete tower load of water or go searching around your farm for full tanks of 5 units each, simply fill your mainland tower (and island tower if you have reached Bahamarama) before going to the city to take your wheel spin. As you now only need to buy the actual amount of water you need there is no wastage.

It is sometimes an idea to move around the fields after filling the tanks, or even logging out and in again, just to make sure that the system has registered the fact that your towers are full.

Then, when you go to the wheel to take your spin you will find that water appears on the wheel a lot less often than before, and less water there means more “worthwhile” prizes.

Happy spinning !
